E-Bike Rentals 

The limited Area includes Old Town, La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, Vacation Island, Sea World, Fiesta Island, Ocean Beach, Sunset Cliffs, Point Loma, Cabrillo, Coronado Island, Downtown, Gaslamp Quarter, Balboa Park, Little Italy and Hillcrest.

Please bring one of the following:

• ID required as security
• The confirmation email on your mobile phone
• If you prefer, a paper copy of the voucher can be printed by clicking the link on your confirmation email.

We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to receive the instructions, adjust the seats/helmets and sign the waivers if you haven't already. We also recommend to wear comfortable clothing for the weather and the e-bikes.

All Rentals include:

• Helmet
• Chain Lock
• Small Frame Bag
• Cellphone Holder

More than 24 hours notice:
· All reservations canceled with more than 24 hours notice will incur a 10% cancellation fee.

Less than 24 hours notice:
· Reservations canceled with less than 24 hours notice will receive no refunds whatsoever.

Changes:
· All changes that result in a refund will incur a 10% change fee on the refunded amount.
· There is no charge for changes that do not require a refund.

No refunds will be given if:
· Renter returns early.
· Renter picks up late.

Exclusions:
· Extreme weather conditions as large amounts of rainfall that make riding dangerous and could cause trail damage.

Injury:
· It is the Renter's responsibility to ensure that rental dates are correct. You will receive your confirmation via email, including a reminder email. Old Road E-Bike Rentals is not responsible for incorrect dates. There will be no refunds given for missed reservations.
